At International Property Awards, known as the World Realestate Oscars and organized annually in London since 1995, from amongst over 7000 projects from 78 countries, Elite Grand Palace earned this year’s award of “World’s Best Residence Project” by the unanimous vote of 68 jury members. In Turkiye and Europe, Elite Grand Palace was the only project which was awarded such distinction this year. With the award of World’s Finest, Delmar became the leading residential project and construction company in the history of competition with 11 awards won in a single year.

Known as European Realestate Oscars, the “European Property Awards” were given to their rightful owners at an evening organized in London on September 24th.
Delmar Construction broke record after record with its ELITE GRAND PALACE project. Evening’s most popular company, Delmar Construction won 11 awards and became Europe’s most awarded construction firm and madeTurkiye proud.
In European Property Awards where nearly 4500 projects competed, ELITE GRAND PALACE carrying traces of Seljhuk and Ottoman architecture took 8 awards in 5 branches, 3 of which were “Best in Europe”. With additional 2 awards for ELITE PERLA PALACE to be inaugurated in December, Delmar Construction became the pride of Turkish Residential Sector.
Elite Perla Palace, proved its success by achieving a first in Turkiye with the Residence-Hotel concept and was awarded 5 Stars in the Best Mixed Project Development branch, in addition to the “Suggested Project” in Best Large Project Development category.
